Connect Codex

  1. Add PHI Schema Check

Run this in your terminal. The Codex app, CLI and IDE extension share these settings, so this sets up all three.

codex mcp add custosa-phi-schema-check --url https://mcp.custosa.com/mcp
  2. Sign in

Follow the browser prompt and sign in to Custosa (or create an account) and approve the connection. If it doesn’t open, run:

    codex mcp login custosa-phi-schema-check
  3. Try it

Start a new Codex session and send:

Check my database schema for HIPAA gaps with Custosa.

Using more than one assistant?

This adds PHI Schema Check to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and Antigravity on this computer. It shows what it will change and asks before changing anything.
